the product itself is so sturdy and sooooo cute!!! i was rlly happy to see it in person! the customer service was excellent as i had a little bit of trouble. would shop here again and i recommend it!
The cookie itself was crafted beautifully, however the silver piece that holds the badge clip was not all the way closed and it came undone. I had to take an old badge and attach the silver piece to be able to attach my badge. It was unfortunate but because I’m still able to use the badge reel I would still recommend.

Such a sweet badge reel! Company I work for thinks they need to slather their name all over their employees, so new badge reel! Thank you so much for the cookie! Literally looks like a small freshly baked chocolate chip cookie! The reel is glued onto the cookie. Plus the belt clip (I feel alligator clips will rip my shirt) that holds the badge to your shirt is a bit tough; like it won’t slide off!
The badge reel is amazing quality, looks just as good as the pictures! The cookie looks and feels real, and it's securely attached to the badge reel.
My only issue is that the whole unit is thicker than I expected, so the weight of the reel and the angle of the alligator clip makes the whole thing sag forward while I'm wearing it.
Overall, the reel is super cute and I'll definitely be ordering again! But I may try my luck with the belt clip to see if that helps with the sagging. Photos of the side view of the badge reel would be very helpful👍

Cute item as a cookie lover, took a while to get here but once i messaged the creator they got right back to me. Its some smudges from the glue. Ill probably try to badazzle it, but for the price i would expect a clean reel. Overall nice product, i go through reels but i will be keeping this one on for a while!

Item appears well made and chocolate chips are so well rendered they look real. Will make a great gift. Seller’s long delay in both the shipping and in responding to my inquiries was frustrating.
